There's place for 4+1 links available to use at the footer, where they can be removed at any time by replacing the content of "Title" with -. (4+1 mean there's 4 available to edit plus one which links to the "Donate to Miraheze" page, which we'd rather not touch. So it's 4 to customize.)
Keep in mind footer links can not be external links but interwiki links does work.
