Command Bureau Name Change Card	5★	It can change the name of your Command Bureau. Note that only the Commandant with the highest authority level can use it.
Intel Value	5★	Obtain from completing Rating Mission. Accumulate to increase Rating Level.	Complete the Rating Missions to earn Intel Value, an important measure of your Rating Level. Sometimes a trivial detail may determine the outcome of a battle. Make good use of everything you have got.
Achievement Points	5★	Used to indicate progress toward course completion. Reach certain Achievement Points to unlock higher-level License Upgrade Exams.	Reach the required Achievement Points to unlock the corresponding exams.
