Each week on each server, the lineup of Phantom Pain Cage bosses is randomized. However, there are three potential pools this randomization can draw from: Group α (Alpha), Group β (Beta), and Group γ (Gamma). Bosses within the same Group cannot be fought within the same week. Iron Maiden and Camu will never be fought in the same week, for example.
- Group α contains Musashi IX, Nozzle, and Roland.
- Group β contains Vassago, Unknown Construct α, and Roseblade.
- Group γ contains Iron Maiden, Camu, and Rosetta.
