This enemy's only attack is a self-destruction action that it will activate shortly after a player character enters its blast range. It will always pursue the player character when not in range. Destroying it before it is able to complete its attack animation will render its explosion effect harmless.
*'''Self-Destruct''': Explodes. Deals heavy damage in a radial pattern with itself at the center.

Jitterbomb

Enemy Specs

Model: Type Iα-I007
Production Type: Mass-production
Primary Use: Industrial

Era of Manufacture: A machine produced during the early Golden Age.

Intelligence Level: This machine has the lowest-level intelligence of all Golden Age products. Possesses only a single function.

Profile 1: It uses its infrared optical sensor to scan the nearby environment, thus allowing it to determine when it has reached its target destination. After arrival, it immediately initiates its self-destruction command. After becoming a Corrupted, its sensor was repurposed for detecting human presence.

Profile 2: When inactive, it disables its explosive function and changes into a spherical form for convenient transportation. It re-expands upon reactivation, exposing its reactor core in the process. Its reactor doubles as both a power source and a detonation core.

Story 1: A simple explosive robot designed for industrial blasting. It uses its small insect-like form to crawl through narrow spaces to a preset destination.
