Guangzhou Kuro Technology Co., Ltd (Chinese: 广州库洛科技有限公司), commonly known as Kuro Games (Chinese: 库洛游戏), is a Chinese mobile game developer. The company is mostly known for it's success with the 3D Action-RPG Punishing: Gray Raven.

- On September 19, 2014, Kuro Games was founded, in Zhuhai.
- In April, 2015, the company moved to Guangzhou.
- On December 15, 2016, Twin Tail Battleground was released.
- In June 2017, the project Punishing: Gray Raven was established.
- On December 31, 2018, Twin Tail Battleground ended service.
- On February 20, 2019, Punishing: Gray Raven's First Beta Test launched.
- On July 5, 2019, Punishing: Gray Raven's Second Beta Test launched.
- On October 15, 2019, Punishing: Gray Raven's Third and final Beta Test launched.
- On December 5, 2019, Punishing: Gray Raven was released.
- On May 25, 2022, Wuthering Waves was announced.
