The Shop Event currency used in this event is Heat Mixture.
For context, one run in Baptize: 30 Serum gives ~80 Heat Mixture.
Farming Tips
Use your serum to grind only the first stage in "Baptize", don't spent serum on the second stage because now you can actually choose the memory you want in the shop.
Event Shop Tips
It is generally not recommended to redeem:
Weather Glass
in the "Limited" section as it can be farmed anytime through the Dorm and will not be worth the Serum spent otherwise.
Most memories and resources can be farmed in this shop so do make use of it to stock up on much needed materials for upcoming characters!
These tips are written with the assumption that you will be trying to finish this event as quickly as possible.
Making full use of Support Constructs
Prioritize using your Support Constructs over using your own team (which costs AP)
3 Support Constructs are needed to clear 1 stage
Maximum of 8 Support Constructs can be held at one time
Using Support Constructs WILL NOT deplete your Action Points (AP)
Making full use of the shop (Support Terminal)
You should be spending almost all your Support Points on buying more Support Constructs in Terminal Support (45 Support Points for 1 Support Constructs / 12 purchases per day)
Buy "Support Team" x 2 and "Support Airdrop" x 1 every day (3 AP/Day)
Always choose hard challenge for each stage and the best option for each random event (guide below) for more Support Points, and the optimal pathway for each map (images above)
Use themed constructs for extra Support Points/discounted prices.
Extra tips
Remember that if you die, you have the option to revive your constructs with Cogs! (5000 per revive)
The Tactical Supply (shop in the map), sells Support Constructs at 36 Support Points instead of 45 Support Points in Terminal Support (Main shop), so you might want to save up at least some Support Points before you go into that shop. (Only applicable if you choose enough themed constructs to get a 20% discount in the Tactical Supply Shop)
Balancing how many Support Constructs (SC) you have is important, while you can spend all your Support Points immediately on obtaining as much SC as you can, having a little patience, such as waiting for the Tactical Supply stage to get SC cheaper or getting SC from random events will prevent you from hoarding so many Support Constructs that it goes over the 8 SC limit, and so that you always have enough space to take in more SC as you go along.
If you intend to hoard Support Points following the previous tip, remember that you can always backtrack a random event by exiting the interface and choose again if you find that you've gone down the wrong path (such as losing AP or SC), in the event that losing Support Points is inevitable, backtracking from the interface (Click outside the box) and spending all your Support Points in the Terminal Support Shop on more SC so that you lose the least amount of Support Points possible is a viable strategy.

General
Stages
There are 24 Combat Stages and 6 Cutscene stages.
Combat stages give 1 Refresh/Recruit attempt, Cutscene stages give 5 Refresh/Recruit attempts.
Order of stages are: 6 Combat Stages, 1 Cutscene Stage. This order repeats 4 times.
Recruitment
You gain an additional Refresh/Recruit attempt every 2 hours.
There is a soft limit of 20 Refresh/Recruit attempts, it is possible to go over 20 if you gain Refresh/Recruit attempts from clearing stages.
You can only select 1 out of 3 Constructs given.
Recruited members have a Tactical Level that maxes out at 27, it cannot be raised further than that.
You can only have 8 team members, if your team is full, you must dismiss a team member to recruit a new one.
Be careful when recruiting members NOT to recruit members that are the same character but a different frame, ETC. Storm and Pulse, as it will be counted as a different Construct.
Member Recruitment
Member Sets can form Tactical Synergy that provide buffs with a certain Constructs. Take advantage of these while building your team as just one Construct from the Member Set used in battle will still buff either themselves or the whole team without requiring the entire Member Set to be used in battle.
However, forming Member Sets is something to be aspired for, not achieved, as RNG plays a heavy part in being able to form a proper Member Set, ignoring it in the early stages of Virtual Horizon is also a viable strategy until it becomes harder to clear the last few stages and Constructs with a higher Tactical Level becomes available to you.
It is strongly recommended to choose the highest Tactical Level of any Refresh/Recruit Attempt of what is given is already in your team. (Assuming your team is full)
You can purchase Refresh/Recruit attempts starting at 5000 Cogs, the price will go up by 5000 Cogs every time you purchase another Refresh/Recruit attempt. The price will reset back to 5000 Cogs at the start of every day at 07:00AM UTC.
You can choose to view the Message Board by selecting Message when recruiting a member, this is up to your own discretion as people tend to be... a little too excited discussing these characters.
Virtual Variables
There are 3 Virtual Variables for each weekly round of Virtual Horizon, these will be changed at the start of every week.
Virtual Variables are critical in combat, make use of them while building your team to get the most out of them.
The first Virtual Variable will be a buff dependent on your team composition. (Etc. Must have 3 different classes/All Elemental Types/All Tanks)
The second Virtual Variable will be a debuff to limit a Construct's time on the field and to force the player to switch Constructs often in battle. (Etc. Cannot deal DMG after 20s/Takes 3% DMG every 3s/Dodge gauge recovery speed reduced by 80%)
The third Virtual Variable will always be a general buff which will not be dependent on either team composition or playstyle.
Tips
It is recommended to get as far as you can without using Refresh/Recruit attempts, as the further you progress in Virtual Horizon, the higher the chance of getting Constructs with a higher Tactical Level.
Constructs dying in combat will not remove them from your team or reduce its health when used in the next stage, so there is no penalty to failing a stage.
Before Virtual Horizon resets, you should clear it a few days before it does so you can go into the next weekly cycle with 20 Refresh/Recruit Attempts.
There is no revive mechanic.
