Dorm/Dormitory Commission
Overview
Dormitory Commission is a permanent casual game mode added during Renaissance du Fantastique. It is a passive mode where Commandants may dispatch characters to complete missions and bring back Dispatch Certificates and Files.
Dispatch Certificates can be exchanged for various rewards, including certain S-Rank character Shards and Hypertune materials. Files contain short bits of text that provide additional lore to the game.
Missions
Each commission has a set of Recommended Stats. In addition, each character is assigned their own set of Stats specific to this mode. Assigning characters that align with the Recommended Stats of the commission will grant additional Dispatch Certificates.
Commissions are divided into four Commission levels: C, B, A, and S. More difficult commissions will yield greater rewards, but take longer to complete, as well as requiring more characters and Recommended Stats. Characters may still be dispatched on missions even if not all Recommended Stats are met; this will simply result in missing out on extra Dispatch Certificates. However, the number of characters required must be met.
Characters dispatched can still be used in all other game modes and dorm activities as usual. The list of available missions is refreshed daily.

System Level
Upon completing a set number of commissions, the option to upgrade the System Level becomes available. Upgrading the System Level increases the number of daily available missions and commission slots.
Upgrading the System Level requires a small number of 
Dorm Coins.
As of Polaris Bond, the current maximum System Level is 8.

Dispatch Certificates acquired from the Dormitory Commission mode can be exchanged for various rewards here.
In addition to the rewards displayed here, past event Decors can also be exchanged with Dispatch Certificates.
