Disclaimer: Memories displayed here are arranged so that their stats are optimized based on their varying values in different positions. However, it's more cost-effective to arrange all 2-piece sets in top slots for easy swapping between builds, even if stats aren't optimized.
This set allows the highest burst damage possible, which perfectly suits her Sword Wave kit.
There is a widespread misconception to "only use this set if you're a skilled player with good dodge management and debuff timing".
In practice you just need to know how to time/manage Matrix and enter Blade Will mode.
Dodge an attack to activate Matrix, use a 3-Ping Blue Signal Orb followed by another 3-Ping and an additional dodge to maximize Frederick's damage buff.
Damage is very low, but this set offers quick Core Passive activation which is useful for quickly clearing a few lower level Phantom Pain Cage: Advanced Zone bosses.
Not recommended to resonate unless your Crimson Abyss is at SSS+ Rank.
Useable War Zone set on Global if your Crimson Abyss is very highly invested in.

1. Dead Line Timing
Gain 2 extra random signal orbs upon deployment, and 3 signal orbs of the same color every 45s (also gain signal orbs on standby).
2. Matrix Lightning
After EX Dodge (triggering Matrix), Movement Speed is greatly increased and all enemies' Extra DMG Reduction is decreased by 10% in Matrix.
3. Glorious Afterglow
Final ATK of the weapon increases by 30% for 8s upon a 3-ping. Duration resets upon a repeated trigger.

Leaps forward and attacks targets ahead, dealing 25% / 50% / 75% Physical DMG per hit based on the number of orbs pinged. The last hit deals 75% Physical DMG and knocks back the target if this is a 3-Ping. Gains Super Armor when using this skill.
Yellow Orb
Crimson Abyss - Dazzling Strike
Charges forward and drives through enemies, dealing 250%/500%/750% Physical DMG to enemies in the path based on the number of orbs pinged.
Blue Orb
Crimson Abyss - Lightbreak Strike
Boosts energy supply for 5 seconds and increases Movement Speed by 20% / 30% / 50% based on the number of orbs pinged. Deals 4% / 8% / 12% Physical DMG twice when attacking. When unleashing Sword Waves, Extra DMG will be enhanced into extra Sword Waves that deal 8%/16%/24% Physical DMG per hit.

Core Passive: Any 3-Ping after a Blue 3-Ping causes you to fall back and enter Blade Will mode. Signal Orbs will be converted into Blade Will Orbs and you will gain 2 extra Blade Will Orbs. In Blade Will mode, Signal Orbs gained by Basic Attacks will be converted into Blade Will Orbs. When pinging a Blade Will Orb, unleashes Sword Waves that deal 340% Physical DMG and gains Super Armor while unleashing.

When Lucia: Crimson Abyss has at least 1 stack of Shinken, hold Basic Attack to consume 1 stack of Shinken to cast Reverse Flash, dealing a total of 300% Physical DMG. Casting this skill when not in Blade Will mode grants 1 Signal Orb of a random color and rearranges all Signal Orbs into 3-Pings.
Level 9: The duration of Blue Orb effects is extended to 10s. Level 18: Base DMG of Reverse Flash increases by 100%. Crimson Scabbard added effect: The duration of Physical DMG increase effect is extended to 8s. Performing a Yellow 3-Ping can also trigger Crimson Scabbard. (Physical DMG increase effect of Crimson Scabbard triggered by Red and Yellow 3-Pings cannot stack.)

Hold Basic Attack while in Blade Will mode to consume 1 stack of Shinken and cast Reverse Flash, during which a red glow will briefly appear. Releasing Basic Attack when the glow appears consumes all remaining stacks of Shinken to perform Noutou-giri, dealing 600% Physical DMG. Lucia: Crimson Abyss is invincible during Noutou-giri.
Level 9: Entering Blade Will mode triggers all available QTEs and recovers 15 Energy. Level 18: Base DMG of Noutou-giri increases by 100%. Crimson Will added effect: Gains 2 additional Blue Orbs when exiting Blade Will mode. Gains 35 Energy when entering battle for the first time.

Hold Basic Attack after tapping on Signature Move in Blade Will mode to consume 2 stacks of Shinken and continuously consume Blade Will Orbs (consumes at least 1 Blade Will Orb) and cast Swordwave Burst during the sheathing animation of the Signature Move, dealing 350% Physical DMG. Each additional Blade Will Orb consumed increases the Base DMG of Swordwave Burst by 50%.
Level 9: Each additional Blade Will Orb consumed increases the Base DMG of Swordwave Burst by 100%. Level 18: Holding Basic Attack after tapping Signature Move during Blade Will mode now consumes Blade Will Orbs faster. How to play
Crimson Abyss - Fundamentals
Blue Orb 3-Ping + Any 3-Ping to enter Blade Will mode (sword wave)
It's best to use both 3-Pings back-to-back in quick succession
Using and playing around Matrix is highly recommended to activate Blade Will mode
At SS-Rank, trigger Core Passive using Blue Orb 3-Ping + Red Orb 3-Ping
Only use Signal Orbs when:
Activating her Core Passive or pinging sword waves
Rearranging orbs in order to activate her Core Passive
Signature Move should only be used for defense
Using it gives you temporary invincibility
The damage is low and using it results in lower damage-per-second

Core Passive details:
Every signal orb she has or obtains during her Core Passive gets converted into a sword wave ping
During Core Passive the damage boost from a Blue Orb Ping is massively boosted and turned into additional sword waves
The Core Passive backstep animation counts as a dodge
Activate the 4 piece bonus by dodging an enemy's attack to greatly increase the damage they take
Activate the full 2-piece bonus by dodging twice and activating her core passive (the activation counts as a dodge)
Dodge towards the enemy to make the most out of the 4 second damage window
Advanced techniques:
Dodging shortly after a Red Orb Ping skips the animation but still does full damage
Dodging immediately after a Blue Orb Ping skips the animation and counts for the Core Passive, but doesn't activate the buff
Placing a Da Vinci holder in the blue slot of her team is recommended as a Blue Orb 3-Ping is always required to activate her Core Passive
The fastest way to activate her Core Passive and get the most damage is, in extremely rapid succession: Dodge enemy attack (Matrix) -> Blue Orb Matrix Ping -> Any 3-Ping (Core Passive) -> Dodge forward -> Activate QTEs -> Sword Waves
